The Survey of Quality Management System and Procedures Rationalization seeks to identify the perception of officials belonging to the executive branch of the Colombian State. The Survey presents officials’ perceptions about their knowledge and experience as well as their attitudes toward the policy of rationalizing procedures and the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the entities that provide services. |
