This process helps to identify the compliance level of quality features. These features are established internationally for the production of statistics and are part of the Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics of the United Nations (UN) and the National Code for Good Practice for Official Statistics. The objective of the quality assurance process is to meet users’ need, promoting the credibility, reliability and transparency in the production of statistical information.

User survey
An Instrument applied to users of statistical operations within the framework of the statistical process quality assurance. The surveys tries to understand users’ perception of whether the statistical process complies with the quality features established internationally, such as as: pertinence and relevance, transparency and accessibility, comparability and consistency, punctuality, and accuracy.
